Cancellation Policy
We request a 48 hour cancellation notice for a refund to be issued. Tours may be rescheduled to a different date/time, prior to the 48 hour window, by contacting Defender of Fun directly by phone, text or email.

Defender of Fun has a minimum number of 3 passenger reservations required for public tours. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel public tours if minimum number of passengers are not booked for tour. Passengers will be notified by email/phone if tour is rescheduled or cancelled.

Defender of Fun reserves the right to cancel a private or public tour due to mechanical issues, weather issues or any unforeseeable incidents that may occur. If we do cancel a tour you will be offered a refund immediately or a possibility to reschedule to a different date.

Age Requirements
All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Inclement Weather
Private and public tours will be cancelled in lightning/thunderstorms. Tours are cancelled 45 minutes prior to departure time. You will be notified by phone if the cruise is cancelled. If you have purchased a ticket online you will be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule to a different date. We will tour in a light rain or overcast weather.

All tours will still take place on cloudy/overcast days! No refunds will be issued for this.

Fishing Supplies

Fishing is available on all Private Custom Tours. We are happy to provide everything you would need including a commercial fishing license that covers all passengers.

No Shows
If you have paid for a cruise and did not show up or cancel a reservation, you will not be issued a refund. Please give us the courtesy of a phone call to let us know you will not be able to attend.

Alcohol and Tobacco Policy
No alcohol is sold on board. You may bring your own beverages. Please no glassware or bottles.  Bottled water, ice and cooler provided.
No smoking allowed onboard.

Food
While food & beverage boats are usually at Keewaydin most days, you are welcome to pack a picnic lunch.
